Capsule plus hostel — Hotel in Tbilisi

Very interesting and strange hotel where half of the things are broken or not working well. Cold upstairs and hot in the rooms. When you ask for assistance often the owner says ‘use the internet’ ‘google search’ and has no names or recommendations for anything even at the most basic levels. It was a disappointing stay and i dont recommend you stay here. Hot water heater is broken, stove is broken, washing machine is wierd and wouldnt stop after 4 hours….so many strange things here but really the owner was the worst part. Only good thing was a cheap price and they let me wash my clothes for free. Only stay for 1 night if...

Awful customer service. I made a reservation on Booking.com. I didn’t understand that I needed to pay half of the reservation in advance by card. I assumed this amount was automatically deducted from my card. Instead of explaining this to me, they contacted me to rudely inform me that I had 30 minutes to pay this amount, or else they would cancel the booking. Booking.com thankfully reviewed their rude messages and cancelled the reservation for me free of charge. Do NOT make a reservation here. No one there speak English and the owner is pretty rude.
