We had the privilege of staying at this lovely hotel as guests for a wedding. I'm not sure if Tbilisi was originally on my places to go but during and after this trip I would love to return. The bride invited us to her country and we loved it. The Swissôtel Tbilisi was our home for 4 nights and it was spectacular experience for me and my wife.||While we were there as guests for a wedding, our dates also coincidentally fell on our 2 year anniversary. Prior to arrival, I sent some special requests to the hotel in hopes that they could help me surprise my wife and celebrate this occasion. I want to thank Mariam S. (S for superior service) for her efforts in making our stay special and in executing my requests. I really enjoyed our communication before and during the stay. She is exceptional and I can tell that she wanted to help me make this special. She did! I appreciate her and the team for being so welcoming to not only the hotel, but to Tbilisi. They were wonderful stewards of hospitality and service.||The hotel feels new, modern, and clean. It is centrally located and easily walkable to some of the sites. Because of the groom, and at my own request we were upgraded to a corner room on the top floor (8) with a lovely view. I believe that we had a deluxe corner room. It was fantastic. We were comfortable and cozy. My wife was a fan of the being able to easily request additional pillow types to be delivered to our room.||I loved the gym of this hotel because it was very clean and had high ceilings that I appreciate for jump rope. I had a nice workout and since I forgot my Bluetooth headphones I was pleasantly surprised by the music. It kept me going and the facilities of the spa, gym, and pool area all great reasons to stay at this hotel.||The breakfast buffet on the 7th floor was a great way to start our days and regroup with other wedding guests each morning. The views, presentation, service, and quality of food was excellent. The made to order Eggs Benedict, smoked salmon, and freshly squeezed juices were my favorites. I want to say hello to Gigi and let him know that I enjoyed our brief conversation about futbol/soccer. Along with everyone he was extremely nice.||With all of that said, I am a travel advisor and would definitely feel confident in referring my clients, friends, and family to this hotel. From the 5 star service to the prime location and amenities it was a pleasure. As I write this I'm reminded of how much I enjoyed my stay.|Thanks again to Mariam for decorating, delivering, and handwriting the poem at my request. It was a great surprise for my wife made even more special by you singing it...

If Accor S.A. surveyed each of its brands, selected the most outstanding property within each brand, then selected the best representations from each of those properties… the result I believe would be Swissotel Tbilisi in terms of useful design, price paid, and value received.||Swissotel Tbilisi is not the most expensive Accor S.A. property. As for value, however, it soars. ||For perspective, what had been scheduled for a two-night working visit was extended to three nights- and that decision was made soon after arrival.||Prior to arrival, the reservations team and concierge were responsive to requests, particularly for an airport transfer. My arrival was early, the check-in process was seamless, the team was warmly engaging, and the room was ready. The welcome smoothie at check-in was a nice addition. The smallness of the check-in area is the set-up for the intimacy of the property. The warm colors and subtle textures. The property oozes calm, tranquility.||The room, the suite, was delightful. Again, the colors projected calm. Recognizing a focus upon a shower head is strange, nevertheless, it is a terrific showerhead. And, the shower area with dual showers is brilliant. The amenities were amazing- the wine, the smaller wine on the bathtub with the Kashi products. Georgian strawberries brought wonderful memories. The sweets were too much- but, I made a good effort! The coffee machine was not unique. What was unique- providing tea pods. Normally, I only see coffee pods. I am a tea drinker, so I used a pod- quite good. The three specially-packaged teas were to cute to drink- I am taking them home to friends. Having both types of USB ports for charging devices was most welcomed.||The breakfast buffet is extraordinary both in variety of offerings and quality of offerings. Quail eggs- always unique. A terrific variety of teas. Amazing breads. The goodies that team members bring to tables and offer to guests- breads and, a rich, dark, non-sugary...

Pros: brand new hotel, stylish and modern, has everything you need for comfortable stay Location is really great. Also hotel offers great spa for all guests

Cons: we stayed for 5 nights and unfortunately, the room service did not meet expectations, the class of the hotel and the price/quality ratio and here's why: after cleaning on the 2nd day, they took away our robes and did not bring new ones, we had to call the reception on the second day after our walk in the mountains, clay fell from the soles of our sneakers onto the floor: the next day no one cleaned it from the floor. The next day, we left a request for room cleaning at 9:30 in the morning, when we returned to the room at 15:00 - no one cleaned the room until we called the reception again. Only at 17:00 they do cleaning rooms but ignores floor again. I had to create request about that to the manager and finally floor was cleaned. From this we concluded that if you stay in the room for several days in a row, there is a risk that no one will wipe the floor without a reminder after this evening cleaning, the floor was clean, but they did not bring us a towel in the bathroom for the floor - we had to contact the reception again When we connected the iron to the socket (apparently) the fuses were knocked out and some of the lights in the room stopped working But the most unpleasant thing happened on the penultimate day: after cleaning, the scar gel that we left on the table in the bathroom disappeared. A month ago, I had an operation after which it was necessary to use the gel 2 times a day. As a result, now I will have to look for this gel again in the shops, I have not used it for 2 days. I contacted the manager about this incident - unfortunately, my request remained unanswered also in the room (probably from the hood) there was often a smell of food like...

Good new hotel ROOMS: fresh and stylish. Very spacious - big bedroom, divided bathroom with the shower and wc. So comfortable bed. There are fridge, teapot and coffee machine (tea bags, coffee capsules are provided), big safe. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: good location in the city center. You can go everywhere by feet. 30min drive from the airport. BREAKFAST: good breakfast buffet, but a little pricey - 75 GEL per person (6:30-10:30). There are rather big choice of cold appetizers, fruits, nuts and sweets, but very basic amount of main dishes. You can choose eggs any style. There are fresh juices, healthy shots, sparkling wine available for drinks. FOOD: there are two restaurants - one focuses on Mediterranean cuisine (this one works for breakfast), second is bar with Asian dishes and cocktails, both of the restaurants offer good the view of the city. FACILITIES: fast wi-fi, room service 24h, SPA 7am-11pm, 24h gym, working zone and conference center STAFF: very welcoming, friendly and polite.

Our stay at Swissotel Tbilisi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome we received set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel staff, particularly Mariam from Guest Relations, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The surprise birthday gesture was a delightful touch, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Opting for the vitality room proved to be a wise choice, and the complimentary mini-bar was a pleasant surprise. The spa area, complete with a swimming pool and a variety of saunas, provided a tranquil escape, complemented by refreshing amenities. Although we didn't have the chance to use the gym, its top-notch facilities left a lasting impression. In summary, Swissotel Tbilisi exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and we eagerly anticipate returning whenever the opportunity arises. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay in the heart of Tbilisi.

The Best Service I’ve Experienced in Tbilisi ❤️ I rarely write reviews, but this time I just couldn’t stay silent. I checked into Swiss Hotel Tbilisi today, and the reception ladies absolutely made my day! They checked me in earlier than expected, and when I asked for a different view — they went above and beyond, upgrading me for free to a room with a stunning panoramic view. This was such a pleasant surprise, especially in Tbilisi, where the service level is often not at this standard. The room is flawless: perfectly clean, brand new, cozy, with high-quality toiletries and thoughtful details in every corner. The staff at the entrance helped me with my luggage and even with the room move. A huge thank you to the whole team, especially the wonderful reception ladies — thanks to you, I now know exactly where I’ll be staying on my next visit!
