Avoid this place, unfriendly and non competent staff . We were received by a guy with a decent corpulence, that was unable to understand how to serve ice cream ! With him come a woman that will tell you to hurry up even if there is no other customer. The absence of customer can be explain by the behavior of this 2 amazing employees that probably don’t want to work there and will make you feel it. There is a way to receive customer, no matter if you like your job or not. Looks like I wasn’t the only one on the review section to cross the path of this...

I still love Luca Polare, big fan of their coffee for many years, since I was student. It's been a long time and I am happy there is a new branch close to my home and work now. Coffee quality never changed, it's in my top fav coffee places. Staff is always very very sweet, never had bad experience with Luca. I am not big fan of ice cream in general but I do like Luca's coffee flavoured ice-cream. BTW they have variety of vegan ice cream, equally nice...
