Very concerned about the hygiene- wasps were crawling inside syrup bottles, fully visible to everyone. The same syrup that is used for some of the coffees.
There's only one (rude) employee running the whole place, ignoring everyone except for the people who are coming to pay. Not even working efficiently: handles every order in order, big ones which take more time before small ones for example.
It took 30 minutes to get one cup of tea and a slice of cake because of the reasons mentioned above. The place was only half crowded at most.
Sole employee doesn't actually know how to make green tea- put it in boiling water when that ruins the taste, green tea is made at around 80 degrees celcius normally. When i received my drink, the handle of my mug was too hot to grasp to take a sip... So you wait for far too long, get a mediocre and overpriced drink and when you finally want to taste it, you burn your hand.
Process to receive my order was also stressful, because he shouts your number when it's ready- but not loud enough to actually hear it from the back. So i had to stand near the counter for the entire time i was waiting after i realised i wasn't gonna hear him shout my order.
No card payments: pin machine was out of order, so only cash. However, no efforts were being made for directions to any nearby atms or anything.
No physical menu, you need to scan a QR code with your device. Webpage after ordering didn't fully work for both of us.

My friend and I were there to chill for a bit before an event we had to attend. My friend ordered espresso and I ordered a latte.
My friend’s espresso took over 30 minutes to be ready and my latte was never received. We were late to the event we were going to attend as we didn’t want to be rude and tell them to do our orders quicker. But after a while we had to say something and they told me that my order was never received. So we explained to them that we were late decided to just leave and as my friend was paying for his coffee, he should have received 10 cents back but the employee (a girl with curly hair) told my friend that she has only 50 cents and asked us whether we have 40 cents. We didn’t have it so she told us she can’t give us the rest of his money back.
I’m just saying this is not a way to take care of customers. You guys are so cheap that you wouldn’t even give 40 cents extra to not cause trouble to a customer, especially a customer that didn’t even get their order on time and became late because of you.

First of all, I asked the girl who is supposedly the waitress, is it self-service or not, she could barely answer me, I believe she could not speak in English. I speak German, but she did not make the distinction of if I order there and pay to her at that instant that was take away. She did say nothing. I did not come for a takeaway. I told her I will be sitting outside. I went outside, waited 15 minutes, then come back asked her she said it is not ready I guess...??? then I said ok, I sit inside this time. Waited another 10 minutes, looking around wondering when my order will come. After another 6 minutes person who prepared the drink announced my order and I saw the cheesecake I ordered was packed. There I understood, she took my order as takeaway, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER I WILL SIT OUTSIDE. I said I will have it here, I told you. She was just looking at me with empty eyes.
