Taverna Dionysos — Restaurant in Amberg

we came here for dinner as competitor, taverna Syrtaki, was full. Can't give good rating: service was not friendly and also part of the order (Salat) came actually after we finished eating (waiter offered it "zum Mitnehmen" - super idea to carry it when you are walking through the city and Christmas markets))). Also both of our dishes were super fatty, had so heavy feeling after eating that desert desire disappeared automatically. Atmosphäre there I find also not so warm (but this personal opinion). A delight of a Greek resturant. Service was nice and accommodating, lovely interior but we used the big beer garden which was nice and quiet. On the food front, this was just incredible. They offer great vegetarian dishes and the kinder plates are wonderful.

Lovely Greek restaurant. Recommend sitting outside in the pleasant beer garden. Friendly service with such a relaxed atmosphere.
