Sendigbaude — Restaurant in Bad Schandau

I went here after a small walk from the mountain, but it seems me that here (And generally in Bad Schandau) they doesnt take Credit cards nowhere. I had the Last few euro coins to pay And so was able to pay only for a Coffee - Czech money or anything other than eurocash not accepted, even we are next to the line. The problem was we wanted to sit And have a few minutes pause before we continued to go. So I bought only Coffee to go, thought after I sit I Will continue to go, waiter before I sat came to me And told me I can sit only with coffee in Cup. I bought the coffee in the same restaurant who owns the sits And probably not understand enough, why it is too important to have a coffee in Cup And not in plastic to-go Cup to sit. Nonsence to me. Taste of...

I'll start with the bad, because the waiter was very unpleasant, incomprehensible passive aggressive, he seemed to be angry with us for not knowing German and it was unpleasant to contact him. And it's a shame because the place is stunning and is an excellent stop for coffee or beer with a nice view...

Eigentlich ein wunderschönes kleines Café in bester Lage. Jedoch wird Gastfreundschaft hier ganz klein geschrieben. Schon bei unserem letzten Besuch wurden wir sehr unfreundlich angesprochen. Kann alles mal sein, aber bei unserem Besuch in dieser Woche wieder ein für mich absolut unverständliches Verhalten. Es ist Silvestermontag am Nachmittag. Das Café ist augenscheinlich geöffnet und ein Frau geht hinein. Die Dame wird gleich vorne an der Tür mit dem Hinweis, ob sie nicht lesen könnte“Montag und Dienstag geschlossen“ genervt angemault und nach draußen begleitet.
