You must not miss out on their fish soup! The ingredients had a mix of seafood (fish, clams, squid, etc.) and fresh herbs; soothing for the senses during a cold, rainy day. The salmon sushi and yellow fin tuna sushi had very basic elements yet was still very flavorful and balanced with a good ratio of rice-fish. We were already feeling full, but had already ordered their calamari dish that had rice in coconut milk with fresh herbs. The portion looked overwhelming at first, but the more we ate it the harder it was to put our utensils down; it tasted a little bit of an infusion of the fish soup with rice and coconut milk, so if you skip out on the soup, don't skip out on this. The waitress was incredibly kind, courteous, and very hospitable without being too invasive. The passion and belief of the restaurant owner is clearly distilled into the fine works of this restaurant. Truly “new” seafood cuisine I have never encountered because the dishes goes far beyond the traditional boundaries of cutting edge Japanese cuisine, it incorporates the best of all the worlds the owner and Chef have encountered to create something truly exciting, new and exceptional. As in the words of the owner the restaurant is “all blue” a mythical ocean where all fishes of the world exist.
