Tourist beware of this establishment especially if you speak English as your main language, the regulars are overly racist and the staff at the table games will go along with the customers comments and laugh just to make a 2.5 euro tip. The regulars will make degrading and derogatory comments and the dealers laugh along and comment with them thinking we didn’t understand. I’ve never seen staff that encouraged racism more than at this establishment. All the regulars are drunk men who are aggressive and don’t seem to realize people are bilingual. Going to this casino as a coloured person or a person who speaks mainly English will have you very uncomfortable. The staff don’t seem to have their liquor licenses because they love to over serve aggressive people who get more aggressive with every drink. Beware of the regulars. One has game rules in his pocket and will show you them when you win and he constantly looses his 2-5 euro bets over and over. If you’re looking for a relaxing night of fun I suggest buying a pack of cards and playing at home. However the bar tender who is Maldivian is the best staff member in this establishment. If you are to come into this pool of racist drunks it’s worth taking to him. He’s a breath of fresh air and one of the only staff members who actually took the racism seriously. The one dealer with a lip ring ended up having to call security to the table with the racist drunks because he actually understands people are bilingual. If you are to come to this casino proceed with caution because you’ll have a terrible night. I’ve never seen more inappropriate actions from staff in my life. The women with red curly hair in a bun who serves drinks will over serve drunk people and the blonde black Jack dealer loves racist comments and loved to laugh and joke along for her 2.5 euro tips that she barely got. This place is for scum bags to drink way to much fake flex and make comments on others. Your staff are disgusting people. I couldn’t Imagine how sad of a life you need to have to go along with racism at work for less then 5 euro. When you call out the regulars they get scared and tuck their tail between their legs because they are to drunk to realize how much they messed up and the staff just get quiet. This place is a laughing stock...
Read moreNOT GOING BACK. SERVICE NOT SO GOOD, ONLY 1-2 Tables (Roulette & something else). Didn’t see BlackJack and above all, no one there to provide any material gestures of guidance or hospitality. Actually saw the 2 tables at about 3-4PM, and was totally unimpressed. Baden-Baden yes, Casino pass it.
The architecture is fantastic, and the inside quite clean. The coat-check lady was nice; but the Admissions lady was definitely not nice. I was well-dressed in a black-leather jacket, tux-white shirt and a gold-laced bow tie. The B forced me to drop €10-20 on an unnecessary jacket rental; and was a snot about it.
Reminded me of my first encounters in East Germany when The Wall was coming down. They thought of everything, but the people and what they might need.
Walking away, I saw the Illuminati of the Casio Bar. What could go wrong here? They had everything, but a bartender; because the 3 or 4 of them were kind of in the back corner talking. No attention whatsoever to customers.
As an afterthought, a bartender appeared. WOW. For the $$$$ they were charging I worried about buying dinner. Service = 5/10.
Real nice place if you want to hold your mouth open, but if you came to play Blackjack or another game—you’d have more fun by a long shot at the Tampa Seminole Hard Rock Cafe (at half the cost).
Not so cool. They have a lot to learn about taking care of the client. When I turned in my Jacket, Ms. N. Admissions was supervising the coat check lady with a specious, down-the-nose look.
Really Surprised as was my darling.
The surrounding promenade OUTSIDE OF THE CASINO was filled with Baden-Baden interest, history,...

If it was possible to rate lower I would. Yes, it is beautiful I am sure. However, the service was beyond rude and discriminatory. The first individual who spoke with us about going in to play classic games, was looking us up and down and just plain miserable. We were not dressed in joggers but my husband did need to rent a jacket, and we had just witnessed a man come out wearing sneakers. For context- There is a dress code for men. He let us know we can rent a jacket and suggested the slots downstairs. More on that later. After checking out the “slot” area, we came back to go into the classic games. Now two more people attempted to help us. One older gentlemen who was acting the same way as the first, then he sends us to a lady who was just miserable, she also suggested we just go to the slots. They needed our passports, which is fine why would we care? but they kept making a complicated thing of it. They made it VERY clear we were not welcome. When we left and I let them know how rude the staff was, a GROWN Man threw his arms up in the OH WELL position, you know the one children make. He all of sudden does not speak English. This is not a good way to represent your city, country or business. Also you can read on TRIP advisor a similar experience. Grow up, wake up, and DO . The staff on June 14, 2022 need a major lesson in customer/client service...
