Poor, negligent, rude and inhumanly service!!!

We ordered a vegetarian antipasti (not even going off menu), we were given an antipasti with meat. After sending it back the first time, we got another antipasti and this time with sausages. I wonder when people started classifying sausages under the vegetarian category. Our ordeal continued with us having to explain 2 of their waiters why we would not want to eat meat! It was least expected from them, when they had ‘vegetarian’ written in bold coloured font next to the dish we ordered. The guys need to be trained to know the difference between different dietary types.

After seeing the review the restauranter asked us to leave with our food still on the table, and told us never to come back. How can we forget part where we were asked to pay even for the "sausage" antipasti which they previously had told us that we wouldn't have to pay for, as it was their mistake. The waiter specifically told us that he included it in the bill after seeing our review. We were made to pay for the entire food which we were not even allowed to eat !! They sent us away in the middle of our meal.

I would never even suggest this place to my worst enemy. The place needs some...

There's no better way to finish a long day than an absolutely horrible meal. I am seriously amazed that they could serve their food without embarrassment.

To start with, I ordered a beer that was completely flat and without any carbonation. Not a huge deal...it happens. But then the replacement beer was also completely flat, so I just gave up and drank the sad, malty, lifeless beer.

The food was the real issue. I ordered a bavette steak that was to tough to chew. It was supposed to come with a "port wine reduction," which sounded lovely but was actually a thick, grey, overly salty paste that was entirely unappetizing to even look at. How a cook could put that on a plate and send it to the dining room is beyond me. To top it off, it was served with potatoes that tasted as if they had been cooked hours before. What a waste of 33 euros.

My wife and son shared the tagliatelle with steak. The pasta was undercooked, the beef unchewable, and the whole thing sat in a pile of liquid instead of in a creamy sauce that that sticks to the pasta that you'd expect. Really awful.
