I am writing to express my profound disappointment following a recent dining experience at your establishment, which occurred on the occasion of my partner’s birthday—a detail initially noted within my reservation made a week in advance.

Upon our early arrival, approximately ten minutes before the scheduled time, it became evident that no table had been reserved under my name, nor was there any indication of such a reservation, as our designated table appeared to be indiscriminately chosen and situated uncomfortably close to another dining couple.

Regrettably, the service further detracted from our experience. Despite multiple attempts to attract attention, it required upwards of twenty minutes and five separate acknowledgments from a waiter before our order was finally taken. This initial oversight was subsequently compounded by a series of service lapses, including a forgotten bottle of wine, the absence of a second bottle of water, and a failure to clear empty plates in a timely manner as subsequent courses were served.

Of particular note was the lack of recognition regarding the special occasion we were celebrating. Despite the explicit mention of my partner’s birthday in the reservation, this detail was entirely overlooked, with no acknowledgment or celebratory gesture extended by the restaurant’s staff.

What a classy place with beautiful interiors. Outstanding service - helpful, smiling, attentive and giving great suggestions. That's what I expect. Food was served promptly. No longer wait than needed even with half full restaurant. After you take your place you instantly get a basket with warm and fresh bread, bottle of high quality Italian olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Also in a tiny bowl you get green olives marinated with garlic, chili pepper and herbs. Carpaccio with chanterelles and pine nuts was perfect - juicy, soft and ideally balanced. Steak from Argentinian beef was served in a very minimalistic manner - perfectly medium rare, just delicately seasoned with salt, pepper and rosemary - it was a king on the plate on its own, so you can enjoy the taste of the meat just by itself. Grilled vegetables served on a separate plate were pleasure to eat on its own, but together with meat they were a perfect match. Add to it the sauce made with Parmiggiano & truffles, take a sip of great quality Italian red wine and you're in heaven. At this point you think that there is nothing more to be added, but well, there are still desserts... It's impossible to leave this kind of restaurant without having a dessert ;) Pistachio semifreddo blew my mind 🤯 With Jefferson amaro and a really nice espresso it was the best possible finale of my visit in this place.
