I bought an HP laptop from this shop in November 2024. As at March 2025, the laptop's camera had stopped working and the display screen could not stabilise without going blank every few seconds. I brought it to the shop hoping to get a quick repair but was told at the counter that it'd have to be taken to the workshop. I was told it'd take 3-6 weeks and would definitely return with all my data deleted. Due to all these conditions, I decided to take it back home to manage with my current projects first.
Finally in May, I brought it to them for repairs. After almost a month of waiting, the laptop still showed these problems after I took it home. I submitted the laptop a second and third time after the same problems persisted. Additionally, I was asked to pay €194.05 for a fault to the machine I didn't cause when I returned it the 3rd time. Even after paying this amount, this laptop still came with the same error.
Frustrated by all this, I went to the shop in October to ask that they take the laptop back and give me my money back. The representative at the counter and the chefin said they'd have to send it to the workshop first to confirmed that all was intact after which they'd make a refund. I now to go the shop in November after receiving an email notification from them, only to be told that they've fixed the problem and I therefore HAVE TO to simply take the laptop. According to them, HP said their diagnostics show that it's not been the same problem on every occasion I reported so they can't refund my money. I find this to be really unreasonable considering the frustration and cost they have already put me through. 4 reported faults within a year of buying a brand new gadget is definitely questionable. Additionally, the chefin had no patience to listen to what I had to say. She even insisted Saturn could do nothing and that I take the issue up with HP myself if I want.
I absolutely don't understand the rationale behind their refusal. I am truly disappointed in their service and definitely plan to take this issue to the necessary...
Read moreI purchased almost all my house hold items from Saturn but at a different store. I had some works in Alexanderplatz hence went to this store to buy an air conditioner . The guard was kind enough to direct me to the floor where it is stored . Luckily I find a representative whose name I forgot but he helped me to choose the brand and its delivery was also arranged . Everything went on well . He told to go down to pay the bill . I went to Kasse from there the unpleasantness started . After standing in the Queue I was called to counter number 6 where the lady staff went through the bill and told me to pay .As I don’t have the correct change and to help the lady I offered her 98 cents. While searching for the coins my phone rang it was my daughter from india . So I attended the call immediately as every mother will do The lady got upset and told something irritatingly in German .Seeing this I hang upon my daughter and took the change and put it on the tray which she pointed angrily . I purchased for around 500euros .To my understanding there is no language for cash it’s same in every country . At least she should show some respect while communicating . So 2 stars deducted for the rude and arrogant cashier behaviour and 3 stars for the representative at the air conditioner area and the guard . I am eagerly waiting for the delivery on Tuesday There is a saying in my country which goes like this whatever tasty food you prepares but if you serve them in a paper plate instead of fine china, entire charisma is gone . The same thing applies for this Saturn store . Whatever customer care and support we gets from all the floors everything goes kaput the moment we enter the...
Read moreBrought my phone in to have broken glass on the screen replaced. The company I purchased the protection from said it would take about an hour. Instead, they kept my phone for a month during which time I had no other options for communication. When I said that was unacceptable, the gentleman only offered financing for a brand new phone. Once my phone was finally returned to me, I found it had been incorrectly factory reset. Not only did I not consent to all my data being wiped whatsoever, they did so in a way that made the phone look like a whole new purchase to my accounts. Google, meta, Samsung, etc. all demand I verify via what they think is my old phone. This is supposedly the same phone with the same serial number, but I cannot access my previous accounts to recover the backups or complete 2-factor sign ins. I now have no access to any of my messaging apps and cannot recover any phone numbers. I have been out of contact with my family overseas for over a month now and have just found out Meta deleted my accounts because of the "suspicious activity" of trying to recover them. I am now completely disconnected from everyone I know without any way to get out a message that I'm okay. I was never informed they would reset my phone and specifically gave it to them turned off and without any Sim cards so that my phone could not be accessed to change anything. I did not consent to my data being wiped. It is highly concerning to know they turned on and accessed my phone at all. If you prioritize your security, at the very least do a factory reset on your own before handing over...
