Assatir Restaurant — Restaurant in Berlin

I’ve ordered delivery via Lieferando and Uber Eats from Assatir a few times, only when it was late in the evening and there were no other Lebanese food options available for delivery. There are so many great Lebanese restaurants in Berlin and Assatir really doesn’t stand out. Their falafel is quite dry, hummus doesn’t have a proper consistency. Last thing I’d ordered was their shawarma platter: the meat was a bit over cooked and dry, the “salad” was very small and the amount of the sauces was ridiculously tiny, almost unnoticeable. From previous delivery experiences though, generally I’d say the prices are ok given the portion sizes. Delivery is usually on time, but I’ve had an unfriendly incident the last time. I’d placed an order around 23:10 since they are open until 23:30, and the delivery person was rude and told me I shouldn’t order at the last minute, and that they were already closed, like he was doing me a favor. Here’s some advice: if you guys want to close early then change your schedule on delivery sites, and don’t accept orders after 23:00, for example. But don’t blame the customers for your...

Ich habe gestern quasi per Zufall über Pizza.de das erste Mal bei diesem Restaurant etwas zu essen bestellt. Das Essen wurde mir in angemessener Zeit geliefert ich wohne fast direkt neben dem Restaurant.

Ich bin sehr stark beeindruckt und begeistert von der liebevollen Art und Weise wie das Essen angerichtet war das ist für Essen was ich über einen Lieferservice bestelle sehr ungewöhnlich und hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Geschmacklich wahnsinnig gut , schon nach dem ersten Bissen wusste ich dort werde ich jetzt auch demnächst einmal essen gehen und natürlich eine Rezension schreiben. Sehr gut gewürzt und ein orientalisches Geschmackserlebnis dass mich wirklich erfreut hat. Und dazu ist das ganze auch noch absolut bezahlbar und nicht überteuert ! Wirklich ein großes Lob an die Küche und das Restaurant, das wird 100-prozentig nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein das ich bei euch etwas bestelle und ein Besuch mit Freunden ist auch geplant.

Weil ich beruflich zeitlich sehr eingespannt bin bestelle ich über die Maßen oft Essen über den Lieferservice. Es kommt so häufig vor dass ich bitter böse verarscht werde und wie der letzte Hund behandelt werde, das Essen schmeckt schrecklich, es ist überteuert und man merkt einfach sofort es ist minderer Qualität.

Mit solch einer negativen Erwartungshaltung habe ich dann die Lieferung von Assatir empfangen und wurde vom kompletten Gegenteil belehrt!

Es gibt sie also doch noch Qualität und die ehrliche gute Küche auch im Lieferservice, ohne finanziell über den Tisch gezogen zu werden.

Ordered from this restaurant. Food was spoiled, I ordered a kafta plate and the meat or the onions in there was bad. Caused me food poisoning (days of vomiting and diarrhea) and I had to go to the hospital to get help, they told me there that i must have ate something really bad and if my body was weaker, it could have been much worse. I am Still recovering. Never ordering from there again.. and just felt that I had to warn u guys before eating from there at least stay away from there...
