Balcone Lounge — Restaurant in Berlin

Absolute nightmare: After ordering for 30 euros I was paying 50 euros because the delivery guy didnt have any change. Since I had ordered before and had a very good experience, I was confident I could just tell the restaurant and they would figure something out. Now Ive been in contact with the owner the day after, and he is accusing and insulting me via phone, claiming Im lying, while Im not even demanding a recompensation. We went here in a group of three for hookah and couple of drinks. The staff members weren't overly friendly, but bearable. The hookah we ordered (fruit bomb) was below decent and quite strange (in unpleasant way) to taste, it also wasn't properly set and fell two times without anyone touching it, falling on my friend and the couch second time (luckily, she didn't get burned). We also ordered several alcoholic cocktails (both of mine included gin) and I'm sad to say that we didn't find any alcohol in them. We were quite disappointed and had to leave after several unsuccessful attempts to have a normal cocktail. Review for Balcone Fusion Kitchen

Balcone Fusion Kitchen delivered an outstanding dining experience! The food was super delicious, with the chicken perfectly soft and paired with incredibly yummy sauces. Despite being delivered, the presentation was impressive, and the food arrived still hot, which was a big plus.

The only slight downside was the one-hour delivery time, but considering it was a busy Saturday evening, it’s understandable.

Overall, a fantastic meal—10/10 points!...
