We had reserved a table for 8 people on Friday for a birthday celebration. Luckily 3 of us came 10 mins earlier to see that they totally forgot about it - the place was at that moment full. As we made the reservation we asked for a table in the main room, not in the back next to the kitchen/wc, the waitress said that this is of course not a problem at all. We were asked to wait outside in the storm, so they can basically ask some people to hurry and leave and make room for us (of course they acted as everything was fine and said that we arrived waaaaay to early). We asked if we can at least order drinks for outside, we ordered, yet nothing happened.. Other people were waiting outside and said they had a reservation as well but have no idea what is happening. We were trying to show some understanding - it was friday and it could happen that they mess some reservations.. 5 minutes after our actual reservation and most of my guests there we were squeezed in the small space next to the restroom. 10 minutes later our 3 glasses of sekt (ordered half an hour ago for outside) arrived, as we were already 7 people sitting on the table, the man did not even ask if the other guests would like something to drink.. no water, nothing. I was shocked. As we ordered the food we were asked if we want our miso soups arriving as a starter, well it seemed that the waiter forgot about them as well as we got our food an hour later and there was no sign of soups at all The food itself was good tho, nothing to say there, congrats to the people in the kitchen! The service at that night was a total joke. We will probably never...
Read moreThe food was really nice, nothing bad to say about it. But unfortunately the service was pretty bad for us. We ordered right away, and waited 30 minutes with nothing, then we asked if we could at least have our drinks, we then noticed that they probably lost our order, we thought that asking for drinks would make them realise something was wrong as our table was empty for 40 minutes and we were in front of the bar where all the waiters were passing by but nothing, not even a glare to see what was going on…then we insisted and asked if your meals were on their way, the waitress said just « yes » but didn’t even bothered to move to the kitchen to check if everything was okay…in then meantime we saw 4 tables coming after us and already having their meal, one of them even finished, payed and left…then even the costumer behind us who saw everything asked again to a waiter how was it that our meals where still missing, and finally one of the waitress who was really nice finally made a move to the kitchen and noticed something was wrong and we finally managed to get our meals! I didn’t put a 2/5 because of her and that she was gentle enough to offer our drinks. I understand that incident happens, but when there are 4 waiters coming by us every 2 minutes one should at least notice something’s wrong and do something without us having to ask them 3 times. But again the food was really nice, tasty pho Hanoi style and the summer rolls were on the top 5 I’ve...

If you want to feel cheated and leave hungry – this is the place for you!
With so many amazing Asian restaurants in Berlin, we were unlucky to end up here. €45 for lunch for two, after which we left angry and hungry.
A dish called “Curry Chicken,” where instead of actual chicken, you get tasteless, rubbery jelly – and they try to convince you it’s real meat! As if we don’t know what chicken tastes like! Either it was some awful-quality chicken that had been thawed ten times and turned into jelly, or they served us some random by-product that had nothing to do with chicken.
And the Pho Bo? Completely inedible because of the chewy tendons in the meat and the bland taste. The waiter refused to replace the dish or take it off the bill, even though we sent it straight back to the kitchen after just one bite.
The chef refused to come out – even though we never even asked for him. The waiter offered to call him, left for a minute, then came back alone and kept insisting that the dish was fine. If you think it’s fine – your guests don’t! Just offer a replacement or at least pretend you care that your customer is leaving hungry.
We sent the food back and left extremely disappointed. Turns out, even a simple curry chicken can be ruined. Just ask...
