As an Australian I’ve eaten my fair share of burgers!!! I’ve eaten the best and worst. I can tell you right now for free, without a shadow of a doubt this place will be the best burger you’ve ever eaten. If it’s not the best it will be in your top 5! Quality bun, not greasy, don’t feel bad after eating it and great flavours and selection! Thanks again!!!

We made the best choice coming to Brgrs Brgrs. You definitely have to try the Dark Beer Honey Boom Brgr, the taste of caramelised apple on the burger is amazing, we definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were super friendly, especially Sushma, who kindly greeted us with a smile.

Es war mal der mir Abstand beste Burgerladen im Kiez. Zudem hat man damals auf absolute Qualitäts- und Bio-Produkte gesetzt und das auch groß angepriesen. Davon ist leider nicht mehr viel übrig. Die Bedienung war mal sehr motiviert und freundlich, heute war diese eher schlecht drauf (kann natürlich daran liegen dass der Tag sehr grau war). Wenigstens hat er uns darauf hingewiesen, dass unser Menü deutlich teurer wird weil wir nicht den classic Burger für dieses Menü gewählt haben… Zum Essen: Der Burger war solide, nur für die Größe und den Geschmack waren 10,50€ ein wenig viel. Die Pommes waren okay, leider ein wenig sehr fettig. Alles in allem ist das Restaurant okay, für dieses okay aber sehr teuer. Man hat sich in dem Laden auch irgendwie komisch gefühlt, da es im Vergleich zu dem was es früher war irgendwie traurig wirkt.

@Carlos M – I just read your review at Weeze Airport and was honestly shocked — it’s almost identical to what happened to me.

@BRGRS – I would really appreciate it if you could consider posting the following comment as a reply to Carlos M’s review. Due to Google’s privacy restrictions, I can’t reach out to them directly. I believe the situation they described — which I also experienced — raises serious concerns about discrimination and deserves to be followed up and formally addressed. Thank you for helping bring attention to this.

I was also stopped at boarding pass control for no clear reason, redirected multiple times, and only let through after the gate was closed, even though I was on time and had checked in online.

Reading your story confirmed to me this isn’t a one-off. I’ve already filed a complaint and intend to follow up legally.

The food is good. The workers are welcoming. I remove 1 star because of the organisation when you are there. I could have possibly rated them 5 stars instead of 4 if I weren't eating there myself.
