Rigas Pizza Box — Restaurant in Berlin

Worst delivery experience ever. We tried to order 3 different days because the pasta was good the first day. First day after an hour of waiting, we had to call the restaurant, of course no one was speaking english. They finally send a driver in 10 min to our hotel. The second day, this time we were waiting for approximately 1 hour, to finally see someone coming. Third day, after more than two hours, we had to call back the restaurant. They said to us that they never find the hotel :/ how ? They have been there two times before with the same adress. So they finally decide to send someone. And this time " we were not there " but we were at the same place as the time before, waiting outside for the food. So we had to call back for the third time this same night and they finally re send someone else. The calzone wasn't a calzone. And the pasta was absolutely disgusting. Cold and not creamy at all. Like if that was not fresh. Really disappointed because the first day the food was good. Oh and I forget to say. We took Salmone Tagliatelle. We receive Tagliatelle with SARDINE inside instead of salmone ??? And also the second time, they forget all...

Honestly i dont understand why so many recent reviews have been negative about this place.. perhaps it is in the type of food that you order because the pasta that my partner and I often order, always tastes amazinggg (as always), looks the same and comes hott to our doors (we live almost 1 hour from them).. it may be that pizzas or hamburgers are not good (never tried them), but i definitely dooo recommend their pasta, especially spaghetti riga and tagliatelle salmone (in pics).. also they always give us extra bread gratis and goes so well with the pastas.. hope my review changes some people’s perspective a bit cause should never judge a book by its...

Terrible delivery service and disgusting food. Took them 2 hours to deliver a pizza. When I called them up after waiting for 1 hour they said it will be there soon...well.
