Ordered through Ubereats a vegetarian burrito and a chicken burrito, which happened to be buy one get one free. It came fairly quickly, but they included only the chicken burritos and no veggie burrito. We were charged, of course, for something we did not receive.

We tried calling IMMEDIATELY after realising the problem and it was straight to voicemail, all three times. Terrible, careless service. As much as they market themselves to be veggie and vegan friendly, they are extremely careless about their orders. If this was a simple mistake, fine, but the fact that they did not answer a single call within half and hour of placing the order speaks volumes about whether they actually care about their customers. Would not order from here again, and would advise those with dietary restrictions to also avoid, at least over delivery, unless they want to pay...

Wir waren zu zweit essen gegen Abend. Vor einer Woche stand in Google, dass der Laden um 20 Uhr schließt. Wir waren um 19 Uhr dort und der Verkäufer meinte, wir sollen uns nicht raus setzten, nur nach drinnen, da sie gleich schließen. Das fand ich recht komisch, aber okay. Wir respektierten das und saßen drinnen. Heute seh ich auf der Website, dass der Laden bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist! Aber auf der Google Seite kann man gar keine Öffnungszeiten einsehen. Also habt das im Hinterkopf wenn ihr den Laden besucht! Der Verkäufer war sehr nett und Service orientiert. Ein paar Punkte fielen auf. Er war verschnupft. Wenn man mit Lebensmitteln arbeitet find ich das nicht optimal. Zudem war er komplett alleine und eher langsam in der Zubereitung der Speisen. Zudem hatten wir stark den Eindruck, dass er sehr neu dort arbeitet, da er ständig auf die Karte gucken musste, welche einzelnen Lebensmitteln in den Speisen enthalten sind. Aber gut, das soll kein Minuspunkt sein, weil jeder Mal irgendwo neu anfängt! Das Essen war sehr lecker, haben uns gefreut darüber. Die Tische und Stühle im Laden sind eher klein, also meine 1,90 Meter Begleitung fand sich komisch dabei und selbst ich mit 1,75 Meter saß ziemlich weit unten. Fazit: durchwachsende Erfahrung. Vielleicht gehen wir nochmal hin, eher zum Mittag. Vielleicht aber auch nicht- meine ganz...
