Burgermeister Schloßstraße — Restaurant in Berlin

I recently visited burgermeister,schlosstrasse and it was an unforgettable experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere and friendly staffs.

The Burgers which we ordered was phenomenal. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh, and the bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together. The balance of flavors was spot on!

Sides: I couldn’t resist trying the Pomes and they did not disappoint. Crispy and seasoned to perfection, they complemented the burger beautifully.

Service: The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. My order arrived promptly, and they checked in to ensure everything was to my liking.

I ordered online on lieferando. Food took over an hour to come, they said 30-55min. Fries were cold and chewy, burger was dissolving from the sauce. I ordered a 2 for 1 deal, chose a burger in that deal, paid for that burger and the second one. Order came, no second burger. Upon asking I was rudely told I should have put it in my basket twice and that they couldn't do anything. That was in no way made clear on the website. My roommate and I shared the cost of 2 Burgers and 1 portion of fries. We are students and were excited to get burgermeister for less money. They were unclear, rude, not helpful and cheated us out of our paid for food. Will not get any...

I came to Berlin to check out Burgermeister as I heard about a good deal about it and Inwas opted to write a review as a journalist and to interview the owner and founder of the original “Burgermeister” restaurant that was founded in Kreuzberg. However, this chain is unfortunately a shame of quality. I ordered the classic burger, their signiture along with a box of french fries. The latter one extremely salty and didn’t came with any topping.
