Chicken Coma — Restaurant in Berlin

We decided to visit after seeing some enticing videos on Instagram, but unfortunately, our visit was far from satisfying.First and foremost, we were dissatisfied with the dishes. They did not meet our expectations based on the promotional content we had seen.

Additionally, we were uncomfortable with our assigned table and changed to another table which is empty.However, the waitress rudely informed us that we could not change tables as we wished. She also mentioned that we might need to move if a larger group arrived, which we found inconsiderate and unprofessional. The comfort of current customers should be a priority over potential future guests.Moreover, after this disappointing interaction, we hoped the food would redeem the experience, but it did not. We found the dishes to be overhyped and not as tender or delicious as we had expected. It was particularly disheartening as we had traveled almost 40 minutes to dine at this place.While food preferences can be subjective, the poor customer service was a significant letdown. We expected better hospitality and a more accommodating attitude from your staff.

Loved it! The interior is a bit unassuming and modest looking, but what it lacks in optics and vibes, it makes up for with food.

I was a bit skeptical, at first, since they only had the boneless wings. I don’t eat wings often, so I thought it would be like eating glorified nuggets, because boneless wings are breast meat, but I was pleasantly surprised.

The honey butter boneless “wings” were very good, both texture and flavor wise. Not dry and decently crispy, even after being dowsed in the tasty and sticky honey butter sauce. They were a bit too salty though, objectively. The unexpected surprise were the fries, which were honestly elite - evidently “homemade” and fried a bit longer to make them darker and crispier, right up to my liking.

Not perfect, but all in all, pretty good experience, would probably come back to try another flavor and hopefully real wings...

I ordered the super spicy korean fried chicken and fried veggie mandu.

The chicken itself is one of the crunchiest fried chicken I tried so far in Berlin. The sauce although I ordered super spicy, it is just normal level spicy, I expect it to be much more spicy.

The sauce is really flavorful and I think 1 portion is better suited for 2 people and eat it with rice to neutralize the flavourful and thick sauce. The portion is also quite big so it is suitable for 2 people per 1 portion. Another suggestion is the batter could be thinner, but keep the crunchiness level.

The one which is perfect is the fried veggie mandu. It is also has really crunchy skin but with thin skin and the filling is also tasty. Served with balanced taste of soysauce.
