Cocochu — Restaurant in Berlin

We passed this place several times during our week. We decided to pop in for a beer. It was not busy. No welcome and just told to sit where we wanted. We said we only wanted drinks. We patiently waited - others came and orders were taken immediately and received drinks and their food before our order was taken. When they did take our order we waited another 10 min after seeing others yet again being served that arrived after us. We decided we had enough of being ignored. We have not had bad service like...

Cocochu, a lovely restaurant located at the junction of Ohauler and Paul Lincke Streets, was simply too good.

I ordered a dumpling soup and Goi Cuon - it was perfect for the cold climate. Also, the were friendly and accommodative.

Ofc, there's a lake across the restaurant- you can take a stroll along the canal right after a delicious meal. :)

You'll need to walk 10 mins if you're taking a train (U-Bahn Schönleinstraße) and 4 mins if you get down at Ohauler...

This place is a great value for your money!

The restaurant is beautifully renovated, very spacious, great service, amazing food and for a relatively low price. We paid 25€ for a dinner for 2. We had 2 rice paper rolls filled with veggies and shrimps as a starter. 2 Very large, filling and delicious noodle dishes as a main. Wine (which was exquisite) and beer.
