Due Fratelli — Restaurant in Berlin

My girlfriend and I were sat quickly, however after 15 minutes of waiting to have our drink orders taken, we still had not been spoken to once. A table of 6 that had been sat just before us, got up and left clearly unhappy as well (noticed they had nothing on their table but menus and had been ignored as well). Instead of learning from this, our server decided to step outside and have a cigarette (just steps away from our table) before going back inside and further ignoring our table. We left and found more suitable service and food elsewhere. Losing 8 customers in the span of 5 minutes due to poor service should be a wake up call....

I recently dined at Restaurant Due Fratelli in Berlin and had a disappointing experience. When ordering spaghetti, I mistakenly asked for Carbonara instead of Bolognese. Upon receiving the Carbonara, I politely requested it to be replaced with Bolognese. However, the staff refused to accommodate my request, simply stating that I had ordered Carbonara.

To make matters worse, the Carbonara I received was quite awful. It lacked salt and was excessively hot, making it almost inedible. Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and the food quality left much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on...

I was actually very impressed to find such a quality restaurant with prices as low as they are. €4.90 for each of these foods shown here. The food wasn't absolutely incredible, but still pretty good, and definitely better than you would expect to get for those prices. The internal restaurant was very nice and classy, and the waitors were friendly. It looks like a place where you would expect the food to be much more expensive than it was, so it was a extremely surprised to find out how cheap it was! Definitely...
