What a sweet spot for any cake and coffee lovers with LOTS of time! Do not expect quick service here, the poor ladies who serve you are running around like headless chicken fighting for their life. We must admit the cakes, coffee and other lunch dishes like my favourite Königsberger klopse are yummy, but you better order the bill when starting to eat. The most delicious cakes in Berlin. I really liked their signature "Black & White" cake. It is airy and moderately sweet in taste. For me, this is the perfect taste. The cake was nice, and the atmosphere was calm. However, I did not realise there were two different prices for eating in and out of house, and the cashier did not ask my preference; so when I sat down to eat, the manager approached angrily and forcibly took out my hands the cutlery and plate, and offered no solution even when I offered to pay the extra cost of eating in house, instead saying it was not possible and that I should leave.
