Nice local Vietnamese with new owners .

I had the cold noodles with kimchi and breaded chicken which was super delicious ( on menu it will be Korean kalt noodles) , very fresh and as good as I would get on a Korean restaurant.

My friend had beef with egg and ribbon rice noodles which was quite nice , could have had a better flavour profile or could have offered soy sauce or sirarcha.

The menu offers a range of the usual Pho etc. They could push the menu a bit more with more authentic Vietnamese such as Bun Cha etc and make it a bit different than all the other standard Vietnamese.

They also accept card payments which is still quite a rare thing in Vietnamese....

Damn what a gem in the middle of nowhere!!! I‘m so so happy that I’ve tried it yesterday! Had the mango salad, which was one of the tastiest combinations I’ve ever eaten, following with the peanut curry, where it’s hard to top the best peanut sauce you’ve ever eaten, but they did. Habe ein nur ein Dessert (Mango Maracuja Cheesecake) bestellt, ist eher eine Creme als Cheesecake und ziemlich klein, so weit so gut. Bekommen habe ich erstmal einen orangefarbenen Tee mit Eiswürfeln in einem dreckigen Glas, war ein Lippen Abdruck am Glasrand. Also habe ich die Kellnerin darauf hingewiesen, Sie hat mich anscheinend erst nicht richtig verstanden, aber sie wollte die Eiswürfel aus dem Glas holen, ihre Finger waren schon im Glas an den Eiswürfeln! Als Sie an unseren Tisch kam hatte Sie Zwei Hauptspeisen dabei (eine hat mein Begleiter bestellt), aber das zweite Hauptgericht stellte sie vor mich und ich sagte ich habe nur ein Mango Maracuja Cheesecake bestellt. Daraufhin bekam ich einen neuen Tee (gibt's Mittags anscheinend gratis dazu), aber mein Begleiter bekam keinen, er hatte ja auch einen Kaffee bestellt, nicht gratis. Als wir zahlten hätte ich es ja schön gefunden wenn es ein Wort der Entschuldigung oder "es war ein Versehen" oder "die Kellnerin ist neu" oder so was in der Art gegeben hätte, aber scheint wohl nicht üblich in Korea, von wo das Personal meiner Meinung nach stammt.
