Nea Knosso — Restaurant in Berlin

The waiters took a long time, everytime we needed to order or ask anything. As entries we were served garlic bread which was very dry and almost stale and a little bowl of tzatziki that actually wasn't that bad. There were no calamari (it was 9pm) left so I ordered the shrimp with 4 dips which was good. The people I came with ordered the mixed grill plate. When the waiter brought the dishes he said they were "out of rice" so they just put more potatoes....and mid dinner they brought a random plate of small pasta in tomato sauce.... It took ages for the waiters to come to us after we finished and without even asking, he brought us the bill (he didnt even ask for deserts/coffee!!!). When we said we wanted some coffee, he said the machine was broken or not functioning anymore... All in all, a not so good experience. Wouldn't go back a second time, I've been to better greek restaurants...

I was really craving greek food as it is my second favorite cuisine, a close second only to Italian cuisine. I found what I have to assume to be the best option I could have stumbled into. The staff was kind and attentive, and the food was amazing! I traveled to Greece a month ago and had moussaka, one of.my favorite greek dishes at three restaurants while there and Nea Knosso out did everyone of them. This is with out a doubt the best moussaka I have ever had and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone living in the area or visiting Berlin!

This is not only the best Greek restaurant we've EVER been to but easily the best restaurant we've eaten in during our 2 month Europe trip. The food is amazing and the service is spectacular. They were so nice and welcoming. So surprised at the amazing quality of food and fantastic service for the inexpensive price. I would have paid double for that meal. Hoping to go there again while we're in Berlin. Highly...
