Phantasia — Restaurant in Berlin

Im writing this review for their customer service: at the time of paying we asked to pay by card and the employee said that payment can only be made by cash (not stated anywhere in restaurant or told us beforehand) so I asked again for an explanation. She said card payments can be made from 20€, which was fine because our receipt was 50€ which we wanted to pay separately. We requested to make 2 payments of 25€ and she acted absolutely horrible for having to calculate it, saying how she cant do it - which is her job to do. I would not recommend their customer service at all! If you only accept cash payment and are unwilling to accept card payment for your own benefit, mention it from the beginning or WRITE it on your door. Not going...

I ordered Pho Bo for takeaway. Got my order fast, but it was the smallest portion you can find in Berlin for 11,90 EUR. The portion was way too small. The waitress asked immediately if I wanna leave tips. I was a bit surprised by the question since everything she did was pass the bag with my order to me. Racism place. I came to the shop for aftermarket meal. I wanted to sit on a two table seat because it seemed spacious and not so many people were there. The waiter insist me to a one seat place.
