Pizza Max Berlin Charlottenburg — Restaurant in Berlin

Normally, I don't do any type of reviews of food places, actually I don't do reviews of anything at all but this place got me to do it for the first time. This thing right here? It served me the worst meal I've ever ate out, and I eat out a lot. I don't even know where to start to describe how bad the meal and the place overall is.

Me and my friends decided to eat inside the place, there was two tables so I'm assuming that people sometimes do eat in, right? But I guess they were not prepared for that, because the pizza was served in cardboard deliver boxes, with no fork, knife, nothing, they haven't had any. I didn't care about it because if the pizza is well made, the piece is holding pretty much in place by itself when hold in hand without dripping down and we're at fast food place, not a fancy restaurant so i'm not expecting a lot. But then, when i opened the box, i had to start thinking about how to eat this so called 'pizza' because it was practically a soup. It's a true disgrace that they're calling it a pizza. It's not. It's nothing like pizza, it is the nastiest meal i've had, all the things were dripping and falling of from dough, and the dough itself, it tasted more like a dumpling, it was all wet in sauce and grease. You don't want to eat this at any point of your life, trust me. You can have a lot more better things to eat in Berlin, and for a lower price, because this place does have really high prices (range of 9-12euro for a small pizza). And they're even charging 1 euro for a really small souce lol. On top of that, because there was no toilet at the place, we've asked for a napkin and after 2 minutes of waiting for it, we were granted with a piece of paper towel from the kitchen, the rough shitty one, not the soft one. Because they couldn't find and napkins.

So overall, this place has absolutely nothing good to offer. The only things that you can experience are bad things. You really don't want to eat here, just go anywhere else i guess, I doubt that you can stumble upon anything worse than that. I'm not even sure how this place is holding up and how come there's a few of those in Berlin....

Bestellung: Scampi Deluxe ohne Sauce Hollandaise und Bellagio ohne Tomatensauce und stattTomatenscheiben Kirschtomaten Nachdem die Bestellung am Telefon durchgegeben wurde, heisst es nur "Moment, das muss ich mir aufschreiben" wozu sitzt bei einem Lieferdienst nochmal jemand am Telefon? Lieferung: zügig, nett und problemfrei Pizza: Scampi Deluxe: statt der Kirschtomaten im Flyer liegen geviertelte runde Tomaten auf der Pizza. Der Boden schmeckt total mehlig. Bellagio: Sauce und geschroteten Pfeffer toal vergessen und ebenfall runde Tomaten, anstatt der bestellten Kirschtomaten. Reklamation erster Anruf: "Guten Tag. Ich hatte bei Ihnen bestellt und eine Reklamation zu der Bestellung" ... schweigen... die Verbindung scheint ok zu sein, denn ich höre deutlich Geräusche und Stimmen im Hintergrund. Als nach einiger Zeit wieder jemand ans Telefon kommt und ich meinen Psalm wiederhole, heisst es bloß "Bitte rufen sie nochmal an, die Verbindung ist ganz schlecht" mit diesen owrten wird dann auch schon aufgelegt. Reklamtion zweiter Anruf: Ich wiederhole meinen Psalm und bekomme zur Antwort "Die Verbindung ist ganz schlecht. Rufen sie wieder an" Natürlich ist die Verbindung schlecht, wen man Kritik einstecken muss! Komisch nur, das ich alles verstanden habe und es das gleiche Gerät war, von dem ohne Probleme die Bestellung aufgegeben werden konnte! Reklamation dritter Anruf: Endlich spricht jemand mit mir. Erst heisst es "der Pfeffer wurde zusammen mit der Sauce vergessen" und auf die Nachfrage "wie bitte" heisst es der geschrotetete (!) Pfeffer wäre so fein gemahlen, das er weder zu sehen, geschweige denn zu schmecken ist. Runde Tomaten werden den Herrschaften als Kirschtomaten verkauft, weil die Ärmsten scheinbar keine Ahnung von der Materie haben mit der sie arbeiten. Fazit: Never again! Unfreundlich, unfähig und ein kulinarisches Begräbnis von jedem...

They arent great pizzas for the costs and sometimes their website allows you to make an order and then a call comes from the store saying they are closed and the order wont be delivered. I am still waiting for the call from the manager in Charlottenburg to get in touch with me. Pretty bad experience. You pay for the service which wasnt delivered and then have to run behind them for your refund. Stay away...
