OMG, where do I start :D We were 8 friends. Every table was occupied. This gave us the false impression that the restaurant is good, but so little we knew what was coming after :D. We got the table after waiting for 40 mins (which we don't mind). Waiter took our order but was in a hurry and didn't listen properly. I ordered Iskendar Kebap. By the way, restaurant is super expensive. Anyways, there comes 3 plates of salad and one of the plate had insect walking inside the leaf :D. My brother ate one (he claims after the bitter taste in mouth). Waiter had an excuse.. that the salad is fresh (yupp that was the excuse). Anyways, fast forward to 15 minutes later, waiter came and told that chicken is not available so, 2 friends ordered something different later. Cold drinks come and they are not cold enough to enjoy. Food comes and waiter missed my order. By now, everyone is eating but me. Waiter argued that I didn't give him my order :D. Anyways, I waited for another 30 mins for my meal. There are no breads at all for us, so it's just us, meat and spoons. After having all this food, waiter was not looking at us for bill. I had to literally shout (out of my comfort zone) to ask for bill. There comes bill what what I ordered twice (so he actually took my order at the first time too). There are also 2 dishes of chicken mentioned in the bill (which he told are not available and we were not served). Bill was 148.
By the way, I recorded the video of insect walking in the salad plate and also recorded the view of restaurant to make sure that no one questions my blame.

Read moreThe food is really good and the portions are Large. I made the mistake of ordering 2 mains and that was waay to much. The service is genuinely Turkish and by this I mean you should not sit in a corner expecting the waiter or waitress to come by and check in with you but you should actively raise your hand then interact every time you want something. I sat quietly at the seat I was given for over 15 minutes and nobody bothered to give me even a menu. In the end I took the hint and started literally raising my hand and everything went smoothly from then on. The place is always full of genuine Turkish Families and comes strongly recommended by Arab or Turkish acquaintances of mine. It’s a non-pretentious middle of the road budget but high-quality place....
Read moreGood food and even better service. Ekrem abi was fun and very accommodating. He did the experience even better. Only reason I give them 4 stars is that they mixed up the orders a little bit and because of a broken coke bottle they wouldn't change. I didn't want a salad with onions so I asked for a bit of parsley instead. I got the onions and no parsley. My dad got a bottle where the top was broken and we were worried about that there could be glass inside. We asked if we could get a new one, but somehow (without looking) the waiter knew that there was nothing inside and they didn't seemed happy about giving and new one. We didn't want to argue and just went with it. Other than that, it was good. I would give 3,5 but that is not an...
