Easily the yummiest vegan cakes in Wedding - if not Berlin. Laura is an incredible baker and offers the classic crowd-pleasers like cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies but also more special flavored cakes! Every baked good Iâve tried so far has been made with clear care and creativity - itâs hard to choose a favorite, but I love the one infused with earl grey tea. I got that one with raspberries for my birthday this year. Everybody absolutely loved it!
The atmosphere in and outside of the cafe is very lovely, not just because of the cozy vibe but also the warm chats with the owner. Thereâs free water and the biggest plus of all: Lauraâs dog always excited for a snuggle.
One small thing to note: while the quality of the drinks is great (especially the matcha), the portion sizes can feel a little underwhelming for the price. The owner loves what she's doing and shows that she definitely knows how to create delicious cakes! Plus points for: daily scone delights, dog friendliness and hot chocolate so chocolatey that it will blow your mind. Summed up: if you want to convince friends that tasty cakes can be vegan, too, come here and have a good time!
PS: If you look for something savoury before or afterwards, head over to Laris at MĂŒllerstraĂe, which is just a few...
