Sadly the quality of this place has lowered dramatically over the years. While it used to be a great place for lazy dinner, with good pizzas, some choice for meat and vegetarian pizzas, and always friendly staff, it now became a place for not-even-so-cheap pizzas that taste like cheap pizzas. The dough is not cooked through, there is a lot less variety of pizzas offered, and even among the “different” ones, the taste is quite similar. We had for example the pesto (basically a margarita with a bit of pesto verde), the récola (a margarita with récola on top) and the aubergine ones (a margarita with aubergine slices). There is no cheese variation for example. The Gorgonzola - radicchio had very little cheese, a whole corner of the pizza was just dough (so 1/6th of the piece).
The terrasse area is not cleaned properly, tissues are everywhere on the ground, and it’s now a rat paradise, we saw one even wandering on the tables (as they are not cleaned during the service).
It’s sad, maybe the inflation made it necessary to cut the costs in the ingredients quality, but if this is the case I’d be happy to pay 4€ a slice and have the quality from...

Read moreRead moreUsed to be a staple in the neighbourhood but the quality has gone down significantly (and prices gone up). The service is almost always rude. Once they forgot to prepare the pizza that I had been waiting for and one of them said "it's ok, will eat anything" and proceeded to put some old slices in the box" - I speak Italian and understand what they're saying, most of the time misogynistic stuff about female clients. I overheard a pair of Italian clients expressing disbelief that this is place still exists. It's still open because people in Berlin have extremely low standards in food, so I guess they are right. Today they had some truly horrible-looking slices, almost like a prank: will somebody eat this? Mi dispiace...
