Friendliness over quality of service. The waiter was over friendly, which is good but he shared straight away his political views, which can bring discomfort to some cultures.
Food options are diverse and there are vegan options. Quantity over quality of food. I ordered a Halloumi bagel, and it was too greasy and had a lot of condiment sauce (black Maggi one) which was not mentioned in the menu.
One friend is allergic to milk and requested the fresh cheese to be removed and they didn't do it. Another one ordered a bottle of water and it didn't come.
