Ratzeputz — Restaurant in Berlin

I’m confused. Two weekends in a row, you overcharged us. Then I complained, and then you apologised and gave me some money back but also kinda spoiled the fun evening. The thing is, I’m from the neighbourhood, and you know me! How come this happened twice when you keep precise tabs, and I usually sit at the bar? I’ve been a regular in Ratzeputz since 2015. I’m very disappointed, especially since you invested a lot of time and energy in running this place. I know a lot of tourists pass by, but you should at least treat the regulars right. To everyone reading this: I suggest paying for your drinks upon order.

This is my favorite bar in Berlin! For starters, they take cards and cash which comes in handy. The bar staff are hands down the friendliest, most down to earth group you’ll meet. the owner is super chill and charismatic, and the drinks are fairly priced, with a changing cocktail of the week.

The bar hosts scheduled events — trivia every Sunday night, and comedy night every second Tuesday of the month. I highly recommend checking it out, could be cute for a date night :)

You can reserve tables here so if you have a birthday or some other event, go for it! Heads up, it is mostly a smoking bar but there is a non-smoking room as well as seating outside along the street.

The staff working there has definitely an attitude, first the girl working there took 2 euros difference from my drink and just laughed at my face when i confirmed that she overcharged me. Secondly they let a candle burn and came to our table blaming us and calling us idiots, being in our own table chilling and talking. They are what is wrong with Berlin spaces.
