We've been coming here for years to celebrate special occasions, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, with plenty of space between tables and a lovely outdoor area. The food is consistently delicious—especially the parmesan truffle pasta prepared in the parmesan wheel! The staff are friendly, efficient, and always remember us, which makes it feel extra special. For Berlin it is maybe a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and experience are absolutely worth it. Really enjoyed this local find. Sells pastries and yet meals with perhaps 4 or 5 table tops. Cramped. We were there on a cool March day - but it also offered a couple sidewalk tables for days of better weather. Only had 3 meals listed when we went in. But my pasta with vegies was great. Another in our party had samon on their (different sauce) pasta. Service was wonderful and experience made me think I was one of the locals knowing where to go for great inexpensive eats. Good food, friendly staff, pretty tables and decor. The gestures of service (taking coats and providing napkins) are appreciated, but it didn't go far enough: we waited a long time to have our order taken and quite a long time for our food to arrive.
