Roma — Restaurant in Berlin

Food Quality: in general food is very good. Remember i had pasta many months back, and also was good.

Portions: quite decent. Pizzas are the usual size. Other dishes are very satisfying.

Drinks: nice amount of drinks to offer, but cant comment much on them as I just had coke.

Price: $$ not bad. Very good quality for a decent price.

Service: this is where most of the stars get lost. We had to keep requesting and repeating our orders. Drinks missing, food coming very late for some people. Seemed a bit of a disaster. Even at one point the waiter comes to our table and starts opening a bottle of wine which wasnt for us. We asked if someone ordered and he said it was for the table next to us. He used our table to service another table, and even left all the garbage from the bottle he just opened on our table.

Atmosphere: nice location. Perfect for some dinner after a show at the Palast Theatre.

Highlights: food in general is good.

Things to improve: service needs to be improved...

We absolutely loved it here. It was such a cute little restaurant with a lovely atmosphere - we had candles lit for us on our table. The staff were quick and we received our food fast as well!

The pizza is the best value for money we found in our 4 days and we would recommend eating here! It was also very delicious (see photo of my friend and her hands for reference 😂)

We decided to order it to our hotel too a few days later - there was a problem with Liferado and they didn’t send a driver. Despite the language barrier - the manager hand deliverd the pizza himself at 12am!!! We didn’t have any money to tip him but we really wanted to. Such a...

We waited forever to get our order in, and the service was really bad. The owner was more interested in the young girls outside, than provide us with service. The waiter at our table wasn't very service minded either. The food was okay... but notning more than that. And they came in with wrong dishes and looked irritated at us. Like it was our fault, they did the food wrong.

And when we asked for the check, we almost had to leave the place before they came over to get payment. Again it was the owner who where takling to some girls, and the waiter called him several times to get the check.

Really bad service this place. We will...
