Typical Kreuzberg. The beers tasty and pretty close to style but frightfully overcarbonated (swirl the glass for a while to solve that problem). The (Hercules?) Bock is exceptionally nice (but overcarbonated). My only complaint is that it's a smoking bar. Because of that, there is no way to tell whether the beers have aroma or not -- the smoke kills that. Very cool dark, spacious, exposed wood style bar. Very trendy, cool lights and a great place to enjoy a beer. Draft list was pretty big, the red ale was far too sweet but the helles was delicious. Very chilled and nice place with really amazing beers (If you are in the right time you can find the happy hours). The bartenders are very kind and helpful. I forgot my laptop before leaving there and realized later when the bar was closed. They woke up from there sleep just to give me my laptop instead of asking me to come next day. Grateful for their kindness. Will definitely go there again.
