THE FACTORY PIZZA & PASTA — Restaurant in Berlin

Usually a great pizza, one of the few places that do white pizzas (w/o tomato sauce) right. Have been a customer for a number of years. Last orders (delivery) have been horrendous though. Forgotten ingredients, undercooked dough - seems like they were in a rush to schlep whatever to the courier without looking twice. I get that there can be a busy night, but it doesn’t justify the lack of quality. Here’s a Bianca from my order (supposed to have ruccola and tomato). Omg! Why an Italian is finding out about this place only a week before leaving town? Finally a place which is modern, clean, with good staff, and most importantly very good pizza at a reasonable price. A Margherita comes around 10 euro. Very honest. Plus they have pizza with salsiccia (Italian sausage) which is my absolute favourite. It’s kind of Neapolitan style with chewy and soft crust and thinner centre. For our main course, we savored four different pizzas, all of which we enjoyed immensely. In order of preference:

Concluding our culinary journey, we indulged in a heavenly Tiramisu, which provided the perfect ending to this flawless dining experience.
