SORA - Vietnamese Vegetarian/Vegan Cuisine — Restaurant in Berlin

There is nothing less than one which I would really do in case it was!! The first and most important thing in a Gastronomie industry is hospitality and treating with respect. This starts from the moment you enter. I was here with my wife and like usual waited for a couple of minutes till a lady came along to ask for order with a grumpy face as if she was doing us a favour. I had to confirm to what I am ordering is vegan (without eggs) to which she replied but I couldn't interpret the accent and asked again and got an arrogant answer from her saying "if I have concern, I should go back home and eat"

Totally unacceptable from a restaurant staff!! The owner should not have such people in front of customers or you might be prepared to lose some. Well you have already lost one and I am sure I am never coming back here again and also not recommend any of my vegan friends to visit this place! There are many good vegan restaurants in Berlin and this is not the only one...they should know before treating customers like this. We just left without having anything...

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Both the old man and old woman were extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in the door—even frowned at me on sight. Not a good start at all.

Feeling the unwelcome energy, I simply turned around and walked out the door without even taking a seat. Leaving them standing there in their filthy restaurant.

I walked down the street to DREAM VEGAN instead. They were very kind, not to mention that the food was top quality, the space was clean, and you can pay with a credit card. I recommend that everyone go there instead.

I am always leery of CASH ONLY restaurants because it wreaks of bad, shady business practices. Everyone take note. I gave them a chance and it was a big disappointment. Very lovely place, located centrally and not far away from Ostkreuz. The service via phone and on site was friendly from the beginning towards the very end. The interior design is stylish, in an innovativesee (partly 'fake') wooden design. An older couple served us and was supposed by younger fox. All smiling, attentive, talkative and polite. Food was served quickly and was mostly lovely presented. For the food itself, it was tasty! However, we expected more of an unique vegan/vegatarian style. The taste was similar to many other, non-vegan/vegetarian places. However, we were satisfied and totally recommend this place! Prices are alright and the portions over the avarage.
