If you're looking for a recommendation for a Vietnamese restaurant in Berlin, this is the one. It is a hidden gem on a less busy street in the city. Relatively small shop, hence only a few tables inside, with outdoor seating, but the food is of great quality and it comes with a low price tag! We had Pho-bo (flat rice noodles with sliced beef) which has a good broth base; I personally would have preferred to have rare beef but I guess it's adapted to the locals and I'm sure you can request for them to be rare if you ask. Then we had a Vit Ca Ry (red curry with duck, on rice) and the coconut curry sauce was so nice! The other ingredients are also cooked to perfection and the taste blends well together. We also had fried spring rolls which was fresh and crispy. Atmosphere-wise, it doesn't come with a grand chandelier but it has a nice homely Southern Asian vibe to it. This place deserves way more recognition!

We had a late lunch on a Sunday, seated outside. The restaurant is small and didn't pay much attention to the decor inside as it was a warm summer day. The have tables with benches layout outdoor, if it get busy can be cozy. We ordered rice with vegetables one dish with duck and the other with shrimp. Both were good, the duck was a bit more generous. The food arrive in good time, the portions are reasonable, but if you are very hungry order an apetizer too.

I’m writing this review drinking their homemade ginger tea which tastes very nice and healthy with no sugar. It’s my 4th visit here during 3 nights stay nearby. I had pho bo, pho tofu, summer rolls, pho salad and bun cha, all of them soooo goood (I even recommended this place to people passing by at some point while eating at the outside table) Most of all here the auntie is super kind and warm 🥺 cam on auntie ..!

Lady at the counter incredibly rude! I do not speak German and I ordered something by mistake - language barriers! no english menu - and like 5 seconds after I asked her to change, cause I realised the mistake. She was all like "no, he has already started cooking it!" and she would blame it on my poor german! I apologised for my mistake and kindly asked her to rectify.....she would simply laugh at me saying "next time learn your german". I had to leave. As soon as I turned my back around she yelled "miss miss, wait we can make your order !". I obviously didn't stay. What a sad, pathetic woman she was. I can only assume her food is as bad as...
