I thought the whole interior was a bit too forced. The places looked too royal on the inside with fancy dining lights (for a breakfast/brunch place) and royal green walls but they had an open kitchen and the menu card was a laminated sheet. It just didn't sit well with the overall theme to be honest and this is also what I mean by forced. And the service was too slow. As I was sitting facing the kitchen I could see that the slow service was because of their small kitchen with two stoves which can be manned by only one person. So there was just this one lady trying to cook/re-heat (their pancakes are premade and they just heat it up for the order) everyone's orders. Hence the food is always late but the drinks come in quickly. It was a bit disorganized in that regard. It wasn't a very busy day yet the waitress were running around like they had hot water on their legs. It was difficult to get their attention to ask for extras/place additional orders. After a long wait, my friend and I got our breakfast. We had ordered the scrambled eggs pure and veggie bagels. Both very average. The scrambled eggs were overdone. It wasn't creamy and soft like breakfast eggs. The salad was too bitter and there wasn't enough salad dressing to dumb down the bitterness and of course we couldn't ask for extras dressing because, well, we just couldn't get the attention of the waitresses, nor did they bother to stop by to see if everything was ok. There were three potatoes with peels on the plate which is a reflection of their effort into making the menu. And just like their interiors their food was a bad mix and match of flavors. Wouldn't really recommend this place for anything other than drinks and smoothies. But in case you still want to go, do take cash with you. They don't accept cards. There are enough signs around the restaurant pointing...

The breakfast club is cosy. The two young waitresses that served us were very nice and polite.
We went to eat with a group of people and half of them got their food. By the time the first one finished the meal the other meals came. Which was not ideal and kind of annoying when eating together.
We ordered different things. But the cappuccino was already cold. Some got two slices of bread with their eggs and another one only got one slice, which is a bit odd.
There also was a bit of a mix up and when we went to ask about it. An older woman behind the counter started to complain about that in German to a coworker. Maybe because she thought we wouldn’t understand German since we ordered in English. Unfortunately we could understand German to an certain extent so that was really unpleasant.
The bagel with cream cheese and jam was really tasty. They also added some blueberries and raspberries! Really recommend that if you like a...

The first day I went, they went out of their way to be incredibly friendly and get to know me. I told them I was in town for a few days and would be back every day for breakfast. I returned two more times, and they never charged a tip. But today, on top of the constant interruptions while I was eating, they pulled a different stunt. As I went to pay with my card, the machine displayed the tip screen. I was about to choose a percentage, but they immediately canceled the transaction and charged me without the tip. As I was leaving, the guy flat-out demanded I give her the tip in cash. I only had a 10-euro note, so I gave it to her. I basically ended up paying for a second breakfast. They literally charged me for their initial friendliness. I do not recommend it if their kindness comes...
