Zweistrom — Restaurant in Berlin

Disappointed! I cannot recommend. I’m in Berlin for 10 years and never had such a bad experience on Donner/falafel/schwarma etc.

I saw this place ranked as the third best Kebap in Prenzlauerberg… it was the worst I ever had.

The schwarma (chicken meet) was totally without taste, bread was dry, and basically no sauce at all. In the end it was a tasteless schwarma and mega dry.

My boyfriend had a falafel teller; it came with some lettuce and tomato, no sauce, this is not even traditional from an Arabic teller. The falafel were with a watery taste and some hard stuff inside - tasting like nothing. Also almost no food in the plate, and a dry fried potato aside.

I’m sorry, I have to give an honest review, so the manager could rethink what are they doing there.

Their plates are the best! This is a diamond in the rough of places that offer the same type of food. I call it the “sea of same-ness”. I love this place because their salad is ALWAYS fresh and never wilted or brown. Their baba ganoush is tasty. Falafel is easy to get wrong but they nail it. I get they mixed meat teller every time. They never fail. Happy to have found them...
