Ich wurde sehr nett vom Inhaber / Mitarbeiter begrüßt und bekam auf meine Frage ,, Ob noch Mozzarella aus Brandenburg da wäre‘ eine kompetente Beratung über die Herkunft. Vorher wußte ich garnicht,dass in Brandenburg eine Mozzarella Manufaktur nach Originalen Familienrezept gibt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen und ich unterstütze gern regionale Produzenten und kleine stationär Einzelhändler . Wie ist es bei Ihnen? Gehen sie lieber in kleine Geschäfte oder bestellen sie Online? Ihre Meinung würde mich interessieren. Über ein Feedback und ein Daumen hoch würde ich und die Brandenburgerie sowie einen Besuch im Geschäft sehr freuen. Dies ist keine Werbung sondern lediglich meine persönliche Meinung.

I go there for milk (I bring my own bottle or buy there- they have a dispenser), eggs, occasional gifts (local juices- an amazing set of 10 apple juices from obscure apples/wines/liquors- the raspberry and hazelnut are delicious/whiskey/gin- all local!!) cheese (the burrata buffala is spectacular) and meats (I don't buy often but it looks wonderful..) . The people are very nice and helpful and full of information and the milk is wonderful... happy they're around...

This is truly a one of a kind place. If I could give 11 stars, I would. Everything comes from the region. Everything is carefully selected. The owner has so much passion and knowledge for the products. I learn something new every time I go there.
