Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bonn

In one word I would describe it: catastrophic. I was waiting in line to buy pizza from the takeout, while my friend took a seat at the table to wait for me. A waiter comes and very aggressively tells her that she cannot sit, as only customers that order something can sit. So she gets up from the chair, but then decides to have a look on the menu, so she can order and both sit at the table. The waiter comes again, in a very aggressive way and starts scolding my friend telling her : "I have already told you that you cannot sit here unless you order!" And then we say, but we want to order now , to which he says "This is something else" and leaves. May I say that there were a lot of free tables.

We have both decided to go, as we will not be subject to the rudeness of a waiter.

1/5 will NOT go there again, very rude and harassing staff! Pizza Hut needs to work more on the employees they hire and train them to properly handle...

Pizza is okay but if you like italian food, this is not for you. We tried their chicken wings and cheese crust pizza. Chicken wings is okay but i thought it's breaded like on the picture but its not. Cheese crust doesn't have much cheese in it, only air. Service wasn't very good as well. No one seated us so we just went in to find a table for us. Then we had to call their attention to give us the menu card. The waiters are hard to find everytime we needed them. After paying, we put the tip on the table. The waiter went back, took it in front of us and walked away just like that. No byes, no thank yous. Price is a bit high for the quality of food. Better go to a real italian restaurant. I ordered four items from Pizza Hut in Bonn, Germany and I took them out from the restaurant. The pizzas were delicious, with crispy crust, melted cheese, tangy sauce and fresh toppings. I had pepperoni lovers, beef supreme, cheese lovers and chicken wings and they were all perfect. The chicken wings were crispy and juicy. The restaurant atmosphere was cozy and the staff was friendly. The only minor issue was that the staff was not speaking English well, but we managed to communicate.
