Die selbsternannten Restaurantausprobiererinnen mal wieder in Chemnitz unterwegs. Geplant war ein anderes Lokal, welches dann aber Ruhetag hatte, so kam ich auf die " weiße Rose" und kann nur sagen: ein glücklicher Zufall! Wir wurde so nett und fürsorglich bedient, ein wenig geplaudert wurde auch noch und von der jahrtausende alten Geschichte Aleppos gesprochen- wunderbar. Das Essen war köstlich, eine große Platte mit gemischten Vorspeisen , das Hummus und die Auberginencreme unwiderstehlich und diese kleinen Knusperchips zum Aufdippen- jamm. Als Hauptgang hatte ich ein Avocadokartoffelpüree, das mir sehr gut geschmeckt hat- weich und mild.
