Good ice cream however that means nothing as the Management and staff are awful, rude, selfish, greedy and inconsiderate. Disgraceful behaviour! We were 4 adults and 3 kids of which one is a baby of 10 months! After buying ice cream for everyone except for the baby, the mother asked if she could buy a fruit for the baby as we had forgotten the baby food at home. Firstly, we did say that we will PAY for it(one little fruit). The response was a rude 'NO' as they need it for other customers! Is this the world we live in and are these the types of businesses that we support? Not to mention the utter rudeness of the person serving the ice cream. I have no doubt that we are not the only ones who would have experienced this kind of behaviour. I will surely not go back there, but it amazes me that others accept this behaviour and will support...

Wonderful little ice cream parlor in the south District offering some well made ice cream flavours which are a little alternative. As I live a sugar free life I found that they offer one ice cream with stevia. At the time of writing this review it was a macadamia ice cream which was still rich, creamy and sweet. Perfect in every way. My only issue was one of the service team sounded and responded a little too arrogant when we asked a question. Service is all about being friendly, polite and giving the customer the best experience possible. That's why this review only gets 4 stars and not 5. Das Eis ist nicht schlecht. Ich finde, es gibt handwerklich besseres im Viertel, aber das ist ja individuell und Geschmacksache. Was ich leider bestätigen kann sind die negativen Bewertungen bezüglich des Umgangstons hier. Die Chefin war uns gegenüber unfassbar unfreundlich und aufbrausend. Waren mit mehreren Leuten da, ich selber wollte ursprünglich direkt weiter und bestellte daher eine kleine Portion Eis zum Mitnehmen am Tresen, wollte mich dann aber doch gerne noch kurz zu den anderen an den Tisch setzen. Die (sehr nette) Bedienung am Tresen fragte mich nach der Bestellung explizit, ob ich mich mit diesem Eis an den Tisch der anderen setzen möchte. Ich sagte ja, sie meinte daraufhin, dann würde sie das Eis auf die Rechnung vom Tisch schreiben (Stichwort Mindestverzehr/Steuer, aber das wusste ich zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht. Ein Schild diesbezüglich ist mir auch nicht aufgefallen, vielleicht müsste man das etwas sichtbarer anbringen). Also scheinbar alles gut, ich setzte mich also zu den anderen, die alle eine große Bestellung aufgeben wollten mit großen Eisbechern, Kaffee und allem Drum und Dran. Die Chefin kam dann und sagte mir, ich dürfe mit meinem Eis nicht bei den anderen sitzen, da ich zu wenig bestellt hätte. Ich sollte nun entweder mehr bestellen oder den Laden verlassen. Unser Hinweis auf die Gesamtrechnung des Tisches war egal, sie wollte offensichtlich Recht behalten und war auch zu keinem Kompromiss bereit, fiel uns ins Wort, wurde laut und unfreundlich. Als Fazit haben dann alle aus Protest den Laden verlassen. Da frage ich mich doch nach dem Sinn: Im Streit um eine Kugel Eis ist ihr die Einnahme eines ganzen Tisches verloren gegangen, aber scheinbar ging es wohl doch nicht ums Geld sondern darum, Recht zu behalten und König im eigenen Reich zu...
