omo Kaffee — Restaurant in Cologne

Its my first time having a coffee with such watermelon-ess 😆 Had to pay 1€ extra but that was worth it. Definitely the best (in the ones I've tried) coffee shop in Köln.

Other than the coffee, the atmosphere is nice. A little too few seats and (sadly) no view of the Rhein, but hey, rent @ Rheinauhafen must be astronomical, and you can always order a to-go coffee and find a bench anyways.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Even though I asked for a Flatwhite with filter beans (cause I really wanted to try that specific beans, sorry guys 😆), they immediately found a way to pull that off.

Okay, so where do I even start? This place is per-fec-tion! Firstly, there’s no even remotely comparable coffee in the whole Hafen area stretching to Altstadt. Secondly, all their snacks are fantastic: from aubergine croissant to cookies, so unique and incredibly tasty. They vary seasonally, but that just adds to the thrill. Very lovely cafe with amazing coffee. Tried their V60 with Papua beens and specialty espresso made with Decent machine and Ethiopia beans - both amazing, very juicy and fruity. So far the best specialty coffee place in Germany from 10+ I’ve visited...
