Wonder Waffel — Restaurant in Cologne

The place is beautiful, the food great but the service and costumer care are a total disaster, one mistake after another, and I have been a waiter in San Francisco, I know how to treat the clientele: we ask for three brunches; they brought us another one by mistake; the kitchen, Colombian-Mexican, did not want to change it despite the mistake of the waitress; after asking them several times they agree to bring us the correct one but... of the three brunches we requested, one arrived 5 minutes after my friends finished theirs; when they bring the right brunch, ingredients were missing; repeated drinks (we had to keep them because the situation was unsustainable); waffel without maple syrup; error in bill (in their favour, of course)... and not even an apology, making the client believe that the mistakes were his.

What a colorful, cute place! 😍 They had so many yummy looking things on the menu, it was very hard to make a choice! We were served by Meryem behind the counter and she was so helpful and informative! She even made sure she correctly wrote down my name. I wondered why, and then she brought me my order.
