The 4 stars for service I gave is complaining on a very very high level. Why only 4 stars? Out of around 6 or 7 meals we ordered one was wrong. That's it. I have to take away one star for this since it can be better but I actually don't feel too good about it since the staff is super nice. So please take this lack of one star with a huge grain of salt.

The food is fantastic. We tried a couple of the many small meals they had and left very impressed. The Bun Bao Burger (probably not the right name on the menu but you'll find it) is to die for, so is the beef on rice and the duck. I recommend trying as many things as possible if you go there.

The atmosphere is not my thing. It is a nice place and everything is clean. The view is also nice (Phoenix Lake) but the place is obviously made for a younger crowd and has a bit of a club touch which didn't fit my mood at 4pm but that's just my personal opinion. my biggest pro on this restaurant is that with the all you can eat one can order as much as needed over a longer time, great for small celebrations where it's wanted to sit together and talk. the dishes are ordered via an ipad, all of them have a picture so it's easy to decide. sadly there aren't many vegan options so for some diets the price is just unreasonably high. the serving can be quite chaotic at times as we got served the wrong dish multiple times and the music and background noise was just too much as one had to almost scream to be understood. overall a mid experience if it wasn't for nice (but expensive) drinks and...

Ich bin aus Hobby, Restaurant Testerin. Ich weiß was gut ist und was nicht gut ist. Es gab mal jemanden, der sagte, bevor du in einem Restaurant isst, benutze deren Toilette. Tja, in diesem Fall heute wäre es nützlich gewesen. Preis Leistungsverhältniss passt leider überhaupt nicht. Ich sage euch nun warum: 1. Getränke die man bestellt (in unserem Fall Cola zero, Ginger ale und Eistee) kamen in Gläsern. Der Eistee schmeckte wie der billig Eistee aus dem k+k und die beiden anderen Getränke waren abgestanden und haben nach Sirup mit Wasser gemischt geschmeckt. 2. Die Bowl war leider gar nicht schmackhaft, einfach nicht mit liebe gemacht. Die Nudeln waren überkocht und haben nach gar nichts geschmeckt, bzw wie diese Nudeln die man fertig kauft in Soße. Hähnchen war furz trocken. Besteck wurde nicht an den Tisch gebracht und das wasabi und der ingwer zum Sushi auch nicht. Das Sushi war ok deswegen ein Stern. 3. Die Tische stehen viel zu nah beieinander, so dass man immer fast den Ellbogen vom Kellner im Gesicht hatte. 4. Obwohl wir uns beschwert hatten, wurde nichts am Preis geändert. Wirklich sehr sehr schade, für dieses Geld, so eine schlechte Leistung.. leider kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen. Zurück zu den Toiletten: Klopapier sehr dünn, keine Seife in den Spendern, lieblos geputzt. Ich sag mal so, ich war mal in einem Sushi Restaurant, da waren die Toiletten Blitze blank, mit liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet und es gab sogar Handcreme. Wenn ein Restaurant Inhaber, am Klo Papier spart, dann braucht man nichts großartiges zu erwarten. Und genau so war es! Schade. Trotzdem eine Erfahrung mehr gemacht. Ich hoffe, dass diese Rezension andere Menschen vor dieser Enttäuschung bewahrt und natürlich auch, dass die Inhaber sich dies zu Herzen nehmen und an...
