Had a suspiciously bad cappuccino. It was supposed to be a very fruity and bright bean, but the espresso in the cup didn’t taste like anything. I mostly just tasted milk. I saw the previous customer ordered a cappuccino and he got his espresso shot as an instant espresso. I was thinking maybe it’s what he specifically ordered. But after I had my cup now I’m suspecting whether this shop does instant espressos instead of pulling the freshly ground shots? Can’t say as I didn’t see the process how my cup was prepared.
It’s a pity, as a store looks great and positions itself as a specialty coffee. But such a bad “empty” cup of cappuccino, of what was supposed to be a fruity natural bean… that was really unexpected.
