They supplied free water and popcorn which was nice. The wait for cocktails was quite long, approx 15 to 20 mins. We ordered 2 cocktails which were listed on the menu as the same strength and were both listed as tall (larger) glasses though, they arrived in small glasses. one cocktail was very strong with alcohol and the other very light, I expressed my dissapointment with the staff about the drink I received as it had a big block of ice approx 4.5cmx4.5cm, nearly filling the entire glass. Costing 14 euro for this drink was very dissapointing as I expected a larger drink then received a drink which held what I believe to be 120ml-150ml liquid maximum. The staff member I spoke to told me that these glasses were the correct size, as I pointed out the glasses were listed as a large size on the drink menu he said it was misprinted for both of our drinks and apologised for my confusion, though defending the amount of drink that was in my glass by giving legthly talks about how the drink is made etc.
I never really felt listen to by the staff here. I gave up and went to the next bar. I think the staff member which I talked to valued defending the product over giving priority to the satisfaction...
Read moreAvoid. Incredibly bad service. The staff was a bunch of bros who seemingly thought it was much more fun to hang out with each other than to actually take orders. For our second and last round, our drinks were on the bar for a solid 10 min and started to get watery. We waited almost 30 min twice for drinks that were mediocre. Also, no real non alcoholic alternatives. Steep pricing on top of it all, 11.5€ for an alcohol free Caipirinha that was the only non alcoholic option. We were informed that they were trying a new menu which is fine, and it explains why the cocktails weren't at the level they were intended to be, but it seemed strange to only offer one non alcoholic option. The part in the front, where we were seated, smelled like old feet, and I won't even try to describe the bathroom. High ambitions, low knowledge, and big egos. Never again despite having been there a lot over the years.
EDIT: Your reply is in line with the whole experience which is also clearly visible in how you handled other negative replies. We did ask for non alcoholic options and were NOT offered anything more. It's ridiculous to accuse me of lying. Everyone has a bad evening at...
Read moreI love this place and highly recommend if you are in Dresden. Its a cocktail bar like no other. Drinks are wel balanced in taste. You get a lot, cost all around €12, so normal price. You can also do a tasting of 3 smaller cocktails. Fun to do! Waiters are having fun in their job. Owner knows a lot about cocktails and their origins, and the other waiters dance, laugh and sing with the music. They can make from the menu, but have a lot of feeling if you want something different. The decoration of the places is awesome. Its a cocktail bar you've never seen before. I also put a picture of the street in it. It was Friday evening, around 22 in april. The atmosphere is awesome. All friendly people enjoying the evening on a warm day. I will gladly come back to this place. Also you get free popcorn and free water....
