Antoniushof ... bei Alex — Restaurant in Dusseldorf

On Wednesday evening, I had the pleasure of dining at Antoniushof … bei Alex in Düsseldorf together with four colleagues. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and immediately felt at ease. The atmosphere in the restaurant is charming and cozy, with a nice mix of traditional and relaxed elements that make it perfect for both casual dinners and more special occasions.

I chose the original schnitzel, and it did not disappoint. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked, with a crispy golden-brown crust that was full of flavor. The portion was generous, and the side dishes complemented the main course very well. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into the preparation.

What truly stood out, besides the food, was the service. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming, but also very attentive throughout the evening.

All in all, it was a lovely dining experience. Great food, good service in a warm and inviting setting. I would definitely recommend Antoniushof to anyone looking for a place to enjoy authentic, hearty cuisine in a...

So.. where to start. We went there without reservation on Saturday night, the place was full, BUT the waiters were so nice, they asked as kindly to wait at the bar until a table was available. While we waited they offered us two beers and bread with dibs on the house, then after the table was available, we sat there. We ordered the schnitzel as in the pictures. It was delicious and tasty. Recommended. After we finished eating the chef came out that goes by the name Pascal and he offered us a dessert also on the house because we waited. We got souffle and it was delicious. After we finished our dessert also the chef came out again and we had a shot on the house. All in all the high restaurant is amazing. Very nice atmosphere. Very kind waiters and the chef. Is the coolest guy ever recommended...

Me and my friends from the UK visited on our first evening in Düsseldorf and we loved the atmosphere here, the beer and food we were served was so good. After this we got talking to one of the waitresses who was so friendly with us, she sat down with us for a good while and we had such a fun conversation, she was beyond a delight to converse with and so funny and interesting. I told her we would be back before we leave as I hoped we could continue it but sadly we were unable to, if she sees this, get in touch! Otherwise, we plan to hopefully return someday....
