Special, really awesome bakery. They produce on site right next to you. All the goods are galaxy amazing tasty! All is hand made like at home, and this is a special thing!

The whole small team there is eager to get the best for you. And even then, they keep smiling and are sooo much kind to you!

To be there, it is not only a huge difference in taste but also a really relaxed and lively buying experience!

Annoys me to see a review about assumptions of not fresh goods.. Their goods are and taste different, because no synthetic helpers are included - lucky we! If someone prefers mainstream taste, so there are plenty of ordinary industry style bakeries out there yet - just set your navi to those ;o)

Also, I am really really glad they exactly do not (!) try to image the original goods from some countries like someone mentioned this to be as an issue. We are. Here. Not there. Again I think well, it is a navi-topic ;o)

I visited this place around noon 12 pm time on a Saturday. I have always seen a long queue infront of this bakery whenever it is open. I had to wait for 10 mins in queue. It was drizzling and still people were waiting. The person behind the counter was really polite. He spoke English as well. I wanted to buy kurbisbrötchen or mehrkorn brötchen but it was sold out. So, the person recommended buying sesame brötchen. So, I got a cinnamon schnecken, a croissant and a sesame brötchen. The sesame bread was very crispy on outside and soft on inside. It tasted extremely good. The croissant was buttery and crispy and tasted good. The cinnamon schnecken tasted good as well. It was not too sweet and cinnamon flavor was subtle. Wir kennen Bulle von Anfang an, und waren bzw. sind von der Qualität begeistert. Leider werde ich in Zukunft jedoch mein Brot woanders kaufen, da es mir absolut nicht gefällt, mich bei der Art zu bezahlen Maßregeln zu lassen! Schon vor ca. 2 Jahren hatte ich mit dem Inhaber ein Gespräch darüber, was es soll, nur noch Kartenzahlung „anzubieten“?! Daraufhin sagte er mir, dass man weiterhin Bar bezahlen kann… letzte Woche hatte ich einige Sachen bestellt. Als ich diese abgeholt habe, wollte ich mit Bargeld bezahlen. - Nein! Das geht nicht! Nur mit Karte ODER man kann eine sogenannte Guthabenkarte kaufen, die man in 5er Schritten „aufladen“ kann!! Normalerweise hätte ich ohne meine Bestellung einfach gehen sollen. Diese Maßregelung nimmt wirklich überhand! Vor allem: Guthaben Karte! Was soll das?! In 5er Schritten! Sorry, wer verdient denn daran?! Nicht der Kunde. Wir haben euch immer gerne empfohlen als besten Bäcker in Düsseldorf. Leider werden wir das nicht mehr tun. Bargeld ist immer noch ein offizielles Zahlungsmittel, und langsam reicht es mit der Erziehung/ Umerziehung der Kunden.
